The news and social media is always blasting with ‘big casino wins’ and ’how they have changed the history of the gambling world.
It happens all the time and to everyone, no exception; from rich billionaires who are playing casino games in their free time to basic people with an average salary.
They all had a little faith in themselves and because of that, the win they had was huge, ass in millions and billions of bucks.
But, the winners I’m about to mention in this article literally broke the Las Vegas bank with their wins and jackpots.
Check them out!
1. Cynthia Jay Brennan
Cynthia Jay Brennan was a waitress serving cocktails in the early 2000s and everyone said that she had a kind and wonderful spirit.
She usually was taking on extra shifts in order to get some bonus money because she was planning on marrying her boyfriend.
But, the luck was on her side that night when she spun the Megabucks jackpot and won a total of $34,959,458 when all she bet on was a small amount of money.
This jackpot machine was very popular all around the USA at that time. When she won the money, she married her boyfriend and planned to travel the whole world along with him.
But, she ended tragically in a car accident along with her sister when a drunk driver crashed into them and left Cynthia with a broken spine.
Meanwhile, her sister was killed on the spot.
2. Elmer Sherwin
Imagine winning two times in a row in Las Vegas? Well, that’s the kind of luck Elmer Sherwin had.
In 1989, he won more than $4 million there right after the Mirage Hotel was opened. He was a World War II veteran.
Later, in September 2005, Elmer won again at age 92.
The prize was $21,147,947 worth of jackpot and he won it at the same game, Megabucks.
He donated the money and was really happy to have won twice in a row.
After two years, he sadly passed away.
3. Ashley Revell
Ashley Revell, a 32-year-old from London, UK sold everything he had after sitting with his friends one night when all of them decided to have a round of roulette.
He had $80.000 in his pocket and he bet all of them on a red 7.
He almost bet it on a black but his friends changed his mind. And guess what?
He got around $150.000, and with the money, he decided to travel around Europe with a motorcycle. In The Netherlands, he met his future wife.
Today, his life isn’t very luxurious and he still drinks beer with his pals in the same pub, but he is satisfied with what he has and he regrets nothing.
Sometimes, it’s worth the risk. These people feared nothing and that’s how they got everything they ever wanted in their lives.
If they can do it, why can’t you?
